Highly recommend Voys – especially for their elaborate Control Panel – it’s called Freedom and the name could not be more apt – gives the customer complete control and freedom.

Our company has been using Voys, after trying out other VOIP services. The wide array of configurable options and features that are available in the Customer Dashboard is unmatched here in South Africa.

After numerous complaints about the phone calls not going through to switchboard but coming through to extension phones, we are still being ignored. No business can function if calls cannot be diverted properly. Poor service and support.

Before app works on phone had to call help desk several times. Voicemail is still not working.

In retrospect, I would have preferred to buy separate simyo card and use it in iPhone. Cheaper and easier
