There is a fixed “noise” on the line, wasn’t there with analog calling. Is it still possible to get that off?

What is unfortunate is that the CLI is not forwarded (“calling line identification”) to our telephone. We only see the 010 number and not the number of the person calling. Can something be fixed about that?
