Quick response after quotation request, pleasant contact (also with techies…;-)) and just well organized. The telephony would work at 10.00 on Monday morning, you expect to be off the air for a while, but at 10.03 Voys called to ask if everything worked…

it would be nice if you could easily adjust settings (call plan, for example) with the app. furthermore, calling via the app is in my opinion inconvenient and unnecessarily expensive. why not just use voip via WiFi or 3/4G?

Very satisfied with Voys, fast delivery of the number and personal customer contact you don’t see much anymore with Telecom companies.

Forwarding is somewhat complicated or not explained clearly enough.

We don’t have much experience with Voys yet because we only recently started. But the helpdesk has already helped us very well with setting up our account. Thanks for that.
