The distance between the telephone and the exchange was too large (or did not work for me) this has since been changed so far it works properly

I don’t use it much yet, but so far very satisfied.

For small ict companies like me a monthly kickback fee would make products even more interesting Further, all services so far have far exceeded expectations

Apart from the positive experiences, unfortunately we still have too “light” a line for Voip. We may not have estimated this properly in advance or have not been sufficiently informed about it. We were otherwise well informed about the changes to be made….

Even though the start didn’t run quite smoothly, everything is now working perfectly and the service is great too! If everyone worked like this now, it would be a lot more pleasant for all of us.

I have been amazed at the quick communication from voys. Now it is their business, but so is at KPN, but just find the right person there. Then you are a few weeks down the road. Migration also went perfectly. Need voip solutions, talk to Voys first. Saves…

I have yet to start using it

The web interface is very straightforward. With the sample config on the wiki, I had our Asterisk proof-of-concept / test setup up and running quickly.

Too little use yet to make a real judgment. Satisfied for now!!!

Voys is very easy to reach. You immediately get someone on the line who understands what it is about and actually helps.
