I called last week about a transfer to a mobile phone. At first, this seemed to be very laborious to do via the dashboard. Tip: maybe the helpdesk should be better introduced to the technical matter?

I am very satisfied with telephony from Voys Telecom. Setting up functionalities is easy. Operation is very flexible. Contacting them is easy (at least I get things done quickly unlike that other telecom company with lots of green in its logo).

Everything runs smoothly except for a small ambiguity in the invoice. I really appreciate the communication, also in writing. A fresh, slightly humorous approach and the promises are kept.
