Nice solution, works very well for now. Only drawback I find is that the setup fees are a bit on the high side. This currently keeps me from deploying some additional features.

I cannot answer the first question properly yet because we are not actively using the phone number yet (not until our website is ready). Otherwise very satisfied.

Admin site is very complex. Standard tasks like forwarding on and off are not easily accessible. Neither can they be set with *21 on the phone. This is unfortunate.
