Excellent phone conversations had, clear explanations, clear quote. Assertive attitude of Voys, all in all definitely satisfactory. Also a good environment where you can set everything up. As far as I am concerned, more companies should follow this example.

So far, I really like the method of communication. This is what I expect from a supplier.

New features may be better communicated to existing customers. For example, after a one month period I came across the newly added BLT feature.

Installation of the softphone presented some difficulties. The settings listed in your FAQ do not necessarily work for x-lite. Suggested improvement: Add specific overview for settings in x-lite?
