Easy and fine service!

The UI is not super intuitive in terms of setting up voice mails and the like and I have to restart the desktop program regularly because I am suddenly offline. The CRM option also costs a lot more than with e.g. Telavox.

The website clearly describes what to expect. The fee structure is transparent. The service works extremely well. A good service for a fair price.

My colleague and I do not always experience a stable phone. Sometimes it rings, other times it doesn’t. Fortunately, we do not have busy telephony, but it can have an impact.

System of voys works fine, nicely scalable and customizable to your own needs. Unfortunately the connection is not always top notch. Difficult to determine exactly where it is due to of course but the fact is that the old voip suffered less from this.
