no-nonsense, customer-friendly (see points for improvement) perhaps sometimes a little too familiar, I can handle that, but it could also be perceived as intrusive

We are very satisfied! Central works super!!! The "problems" we encounter are solved right away. Helpdesk is very helpful on the phone and via the chat function. We can recommend Voys to anyone looking for a good PBX.

Was not told that the app is still in its infancy while this was the main reason for switching. The app doesn’t always work as it should yet (including crashing).

They answer your questions quickly and clearly. Even after reporting a service request, they lay down a clear expectation of resolution time. Keep the appointments made. Very satisfied.
