So far, the only thing I missed after signing up: some more options in voice messages (just some standard stuff) and an adjustable “first few times” ring. Now it seems a bit like you get transferred to voicemail pretty soon.

Still sometimes suffer a bit of bad sound (chugging, delay and partial drop out). Usually when the other side is also a VOIP user. Hard to say if that’s because of Voys. It’s not very often though.

Service meets customer needs, is self(standig) customizable. Making a call plan is relatively easy, useful if you have several parties using 1 connection, as in our case where several entrepreneurs use a common room.

Everything arranged super fast. I had everything in house and working within a day and a half.

A little more support vs. use/implementation of value-added components like webhooks and CRM integration would be much appreciated. Otherwise fine so far. Costs are a bit higher when you add it all up, but still manageable.

Plus points: Quick contact and delivery, easy installation and management. Improvements: Bed plan needs to be clearer, calling from the app is laborious.

Plus points: Delivering what you promise, that’s what Voys does. It wasn’t the cheapest solution for me, but if everything goes smoothly, you don’t care. The visual identity and the contact with the employees don’t do each other any injustice. Nice! Points…
