Terms for number porting

• The number porting will take place at the date and time agreed with your current provider. We will send you the definitive date before the porting happens.
• It is possible to port your number while you still have contractual obligations with your current provider. In that case, your current provider will send you an invoice with the remaining contractual terms. If you have any questions regarding your contract, please contact your current provider.
• Some providers may regard your number transfer as a formal cancellation of all of your services, like internet, alarm and fax services. Please contact your current provider to check if ending your phone number will result in the unintentional loss of services.
