Improvements and innovations to the mobile application would be very nice. For example, it would be nice if you could dial out with multiple numbers. Also, the way of dialing out is cumbersome and costly. Why not dial out directly from the application?

Very concrete and clear. Settings are easy to adjust so route of telephony can be tailored very precisely to the desired situation. Very satisfied.

The phone number is not public yet, so have no real experience with the quality of the line either. The Service and customer focus so far is very good and they could learn a thing or two from the KPNs of this world.
