I have not yet used the services enough to make a proper assessment, but the first impression is very good!

Telephony works well, online a lot can be set. Yealink phones do not work quite as desired yet, but there seems to be consultations with the manufacturer by Voys. Ring tone is unfortunately not adjustable beyond the pre-programmed ring tones.

We have problems from the beginning that are not being solved. 1 phone only rings occasionally, supposedly a fault in the equipment but that doesn’t help me. we can’t transfer without losing the connection. the range is not very great from the phones.

I find it inconvenient that you can’t listen to voicemail on your phone. I miss a clear bill where I can see what calls cost me.

The possibilities of setting the schedule in a convenient way have disappointed me. The help desk helped me once, but their advice did not work. Especially the filling in of the weekend rosters remains laborious.
