Since we switched to Voys we have much more control over our telecom solution ourselves. We have been helped perfectly from day 1 and hope to remain a Voys customer for a long time to come!

The part is not being happy with Voys has to do with faxing. When first contacted, it had been asked if there would be receipts when faxing and this was answered in the affirmative. This did not turn out to be correct. We raised this again but we still do…

Had a period of outage, communication about it was good. Am satisfied with the nice service. did have to make an extra investment in Mikro-tik router but did not find this a problem.

Fast and friendly service! Instant help setting up voice mail and calling plan and explaining how to set/change them yourself. Very customer friendly and take time to explain in detail.

What a relief that after months of struggling with Ziggo my telephony is now super well arranged by Voys in 1x. Also nice: no talking computer but an employee on the line right away. I am very satisfied!
