From A to Z an excellent contact with Voys. Installation of the SIP trunk very easy via the extensive customer panel.

Don’t use the service much, but it’s nice to be able to communicate a fixed number to the outside world.

The documentation provided on how to use the phone was not sufficiently clear how to deal with “transfer”. But this was quickly clarified after telephone contact with Voys.nl. There was also some ambiguity about creating in the menu regarding routing, etc….

Fine course of action, quickly arranged, nice and direct. A pleasant change from the unwieldiness of many.
