Extremely customer friendly service and from the first contact kept one and the same person as a contact for both sales and usage questions. On time, delivered in a well-organized manner and it was a pleasure to be involved in our situation.

Eea was realized a few weeks ago. Personal contact is fast and regular, so Voys is very customer-oriented. The costs are much higher than with the previous supplier.

I don’t know how big Voys is but what really stands out to me is that I get someone on the phone right away who can also help me right away or very quickly gives me to a colleague who then helps me further, the other telecom companies could learn a thing…

It is a serious improvement over my previous provider. But need to use it a bit longer to come to a healthier judgement. Mvg.

When forwarding, it would be nice to be able to see both that the number is forwarded, and the number of the person calling. This is not currently possible.

Still too early to fully rate, haven’t used dashboard regularly and fully yet. But contact with contact person and support is perfect!
