being called via the app makes a clear distinction between business calls via voysnumber and direct calls but when you’re calling, direct calls right through your conversation, very irritating

There are no positives and no negatives.
It works and that is enough.
If there is a problem the phone is answered and you go to work.

when the phone rings the setting is that it should ring I believe 10 seconds the practice however is 1 to 2 seconds

Being able to pick your own number

Installation and configuration works fine. Within an hour everything working. Support from Voys is also fine

The app to receive incoming calls works cumbersome. You have to perform 4 actions to accept a call. Swipe left, view, accept, then unlock.

Short lines , fast switching, direct answers.
That’s everything I was looking for.
