Queue statistics: "Callers in the queue" not visible

Resolved Degraded Performance

The "Callers in Queue" view is available again.
The issue affected only some of our servers, so it impacted only a portion of our customers. Incoming calls continued to come through as usual during that time.

At this time, some customers are unable to see how many callers are in the queue in the queue statistics. Incoming calls are still coming in and being handled as usual; however, this information is temporarily not visible in the statistics. We are working on a solution.
