1. New to the mobile app: conversation summaries!

Quickly see what a conversation was about without taking notes yourself? This is now possible in the mobile app with conversation summaries from Intelligence. The summary can be found under the Recent tab. Do you have Intelligence turned on, but don’t see the summary in the app? Then check if you have the latest version in the app store.

  2. Contact book on desk phone

Contacts in the contact book of the webphone and/or app are now also visible on the desk phone during an incoming call. Tip: use the bulk import of contacts in the portal. This lets you load all contacts at once and they will be visible on all devices during incoming calls. Handy – you can see directly who is calling, regardless of which device you answer, and you no longer need to add separate contacts to your desk phone!

  3. Improved User Status

Previously, if you selected a desk phone as the final destination in your User profile and called using your mobile app or webphone, your status remained on 'available'. This has changed: in these cases your status is now correctly displayed as 'in call'.

  4. Shared contact info visible on mobile calls

Contact information from the shared contact list is now also available during incoming calls on your mobile number. Imagine: you have a contact in the shared list of the webphone and mobile app, and this person calls your mobile phone number. Your smartphone then shows the contact information of the shared contact.

  5. Shared contact names in recent calls

In the call history of the mobile app you will now see the names of shared contacts. Previously we only showed the phone number of the contact. With this update you know exactly who was called – much more personal.

  6. Outgoing number description in App

It was already possible to select which phone number to call out with in the Voys App. The description of the relevant dial plan of the phone numbers is now also visible, so you can see at a glance which number belongs to what. This is handy when you use multiple phone numbers. Does your dial plan not have a description? Then we add the description of the phone number.

  7. Edit shared contacts in app

Want to change or delete a contact from your shared contact list in the Voys App? That is now possible. Very handy – this keeps the contact list of you and your colleagues always up to date. You can find the shared contacts on the contacts page under the 'Shared' tab.

  8. Add shared contacts in app

Your shared business contacts are visible to your colleagues in both the webphone and the mobile app. You can now also create shared contacts in the app – this was previously only possible in the webphone. Soon you will also be able to edit and delete contacts in the app.

  9. Deactivated VoIP accounts

VoIP accounts that are deactivated are not in use on a device. In other words, they are not reachable. These VoIP accounts are no longer visible in the app and webphone. Very handy for the overview of your contact list. You can of course still see and reactivate them in the portal.

  10. Unstable call quality notification

We now measure the quality of your calls while you are calling via the app. Is your connection not stable? Then we will send you a notification to inform you of this. At a later stage we will let you know directly in the app what you can best do to improve the connection.
