1. New to the mobile app: conversation summaries!

Quickly see what a conversation was about without taking notes yourself? This is now possible in the mobile app with conversation summaries from Intelligence. The summary can be found under the Recent tab. Do you have Intelligence turned on, but don’t see the summary in the app? Then check if you have the latest version in the app store.

  2. New in the webphone: call summaries!

Intelligence call summaries are now also available in the webphone.

  3. Voys Intelligence!

New: Voys Intelligence! Voys Intelligence is now out of beta. This smart feature transcribes your calls and creates a summary. Turn your conversations into actionable insights that make your work smarter, more efficient and more personal.

  4. Improved Call Summaries

Based on feedback received, the Call Summaries feature has been improved. A new AI model has been implemented and the prompting has been adjusted. As a result, summaries are not only more accurate, but appointments made, follow-up actions and names are also better displayed.

  5. Call summaries automatically in your CRM

Have you connected your telephony to your CRM system via our CRM integration? The CRM integration now also supports call summaries (beta). This means all calls are automatically summarised for you and then loaded into your CRM.

  6. Call Summary

From transcription to summary: the Call Summary feature automatically captures the key points of a conversation. This allows you to find and share information faster, without having to write a summary yourself. This feature is free to use during the beta period.

  7. Call Transcriptions

You can now have your calls automatically converted to text (beta feature). Handy for quickly looking up what a call was about or for training new colleagues. The feature is free to use during the beta period and is activated by going to AI Settings in the portal. Enable the Call Recording feature and then the Call Transcription.

  8. Improved voicemail transcription

Recorded voicemails were not always fully transcribed – parts were sometimes missing at the beginning or end of the transcription. We have improved the transcription so that it is now displayed as correctly and completely as possible. Good to know: there is a small margin of error. Complicated names, for example, cannot always be spelled correctly.

  9. Disable voicemail transcription

Since May, recorded voicemail messages have also been sent to your email as text, alongside the audio file. Would you prefer not to receive the recorded message as written text? You can now also turn this feature off.
