    Easily connect your CRM system

    If you currently want to link your CRM system to Freedom or create a user, just submit a request to us and we’ll set it up for you. Later this year, you can easily arrange this yourself in Freedom: both adding the link and creating users.

  2. New to the mobile app: conversation summaries!

    Quickly see what a conversation was about without taking notes yourself? This is now possible in the mobile app with conversation summaries from Intelligence. The summary can be found under the Recent tab. Do you have Intelligence turned on, but don’t see the summary in the app? Then check if you have the latest version in the app store.

  3. New in the webphone: call summaries!

    Intelligence call summaries are now also available in the webphone.

  4. Voys Intelligence!

    New: Voys Intelligence! Voys Intelligence is now out of beta. This smart feature transcribes your calls and creates a summary. Turn your conversations into actionable insights that make your work smarter, more efficient and more personal.

  5. Improved Call Summaries

    Based on feedback received, the Call Summaries feature has been improved. A new AI model has been implemented and the prompting has been adjusted. As a result, summaries are not only more accurate, but appointments made, follow-up actions and names are also better displayed.

  6. Call summaries automatically in your CRM

    Have you connected your telephony to your CRM system via our CRM integration? The CRM integration now also supports call summaries (beta). This means all calls are automatically summarised for you and then loaded into your CRM.

  7. Contact book on desk phone

    Contacts in the contact book of the webphone and/or app are now also visible on the desk phone during an incoming call. Tip: use the bulk import of contacts in the portal. This lets you load all contacts at once and they will be visible on all devices during incoming calls. Handy – you can see directly who is calling, regardless of which device you answer, and you no longer need to add separate contacts to your desk phone!

  8. Call Summary

    From transcription to summary: the Call Summary feature automatically captures the key points of a conversation. This allows you to find and share information faster, without having to write a summary yourself. This feature is free to use during the beta period.

  9. Version control for dial plans

    You may recognise this: you have adjusted something in the dial plan or accidentally deleted it, and now your telephony no longer works as desired. Fortunately, it was already possible to quickly adjust a dial plan, but you can now also restore earlier versions. This means you can make changes to your dial plan with peace of mind.

  10. UUID for API integrations easier to find

    Are you going to work with APIs and want to connect our software to other applications? For example, the call transcription to your CRM system? You will need a UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) for this. This was previously hard to find in our platform and we have changed that. You can now find the UUID under Personal Settings.
